A little behind-the-scenes from our monthly coach training! 🌈🤸

This month we’re focusing on straight body shapes through handstands, pullovers, casts, and stretch jumps. Our coaches worked through each station together, practiced progressions and drills for different skill levels, and then took turns teaching each other!

We want our coaches to understand not just what to teach, but how to teach it safely, clearly, and consistently across every class. 💪
