KEEP THE LIGHT ON ❤️
Over the years I’ve learned something.
A lighthouse doesn’t chase ships.
It stands shining through storms and calm seas alike.
Some people stay.
Some people leave.
Some people drift away.
But the lighthouse stays lit.
My purpose isn’t to hold on to everyone.
It’s to love people while they’re here and leave them better than I found them.
CrossFit Tri-County has never been just about workouts.
It’s about people.
It’s about making sure everyone who walks through these doors knows:
❤️ You matter here.
❤️ You are safe here.
❤️ I’m happy you’re here.
❤️ I believe in you.
Life isn’t always calm.
There have been storms.
But purpose keeps me going.
And as long as God gives me the opportunity, I’ll keep showing up, keep serving, and keep the light on.

🔥 BRING A FRIEND WEEK STARTS TOMORROW! 🔥
Have a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor who’s been talking about getting in shape?
Bring them to CrossFit Tri-County this week for FREE.
No experience needed.
No need to “get in shape first.”
Every workout is coached, scaled, and tailored to the individual.
Our community is what makes CFTC special, and some of our best members walked through the doors because a friend invited them.
💪 If CrossFit has helped you get stronger, healthier, more confident, or simply given you a place to belong, share that experience with someone you care about.

☕💪 Coach Scott’s Coffee Bar 💪☕
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that success is built on routines.
I love coffee.
Hot coffee.
Iced coffee.
Fresh-ground coffee.
A few years ago, I was spending close to $450 a month grabbing coffee on the go. One in the morning. Sometimes another one in the afternoon. It added up fast.
Now I grind my own beans, make my own coffee, and honestly, I enjoy it more.
There’s something satisfying about taking a few extra minutes to do it yourself. Grinding the beans. Brewing it fresh. Frothing a little protein into it. Sprinkling some cinnamon on top. Sitting down and actually enjoying it.
The coffee tastes better.
The money stays in my pocket.
And most importantly, it reinforces the habit.
That’s how routines are built.
Not through motivation.
Through repetition.
You do something enough times and eventually it becomes part of who you are.
The same thing applies to training.
The same thing applies to nutrition.
The same thing applies to life.
Small disciplines repeated daily become powerful habits.
And those habits eventually become results.
Ain’t nothin’ to it but to do it.
Woop woop. ☕🔥💪

COACH SPOTLIGHT: COACH TATIANA 🇧🇷🔥
23 athletes at 5:15 a.m.
Before most people hit snooze, this crew was already putting in the work.
What makes me proud isn’t the number of people in class. It’s what happened during class.
Coach Tati was moving around the room, watching, correcting, encouraging, and making athletes better. One of our newer members was struggling with his front rack position. His elbows were dropping, making the squat harder than it needed to be. Tati spotted it, coached it, fixed it, and immediately improved his movement.
That’s coaching.
Not standing by the whiteboard.
Not counting reps.
Not just running a clock.
Seeing. Correcting. Teaching. Caring.
That’s what changes lives.
Tati has worked incredibly hard to improve her coaching, her communication, and her confidence on the floor. Watching her lead a room of 23 athletes this morning made me proud.
At CFTC, our goal isn’t just to make people sweat.
It’s to help people move better, feel better, gain confidence, and become stronger versions of themselves.
Great job, Coach Tati. Keep making a difference. 👏🔥
