There are 1000 reasons why you think you canât try video classes on your own at home.
I donât have the discipline.
I donât know what Iâm doing.
It doesnât feel personalized to me.
You get the discipline by accepting that, yeah, you probably won't have a clue what youâre doing in the beginning.
As you do more, youâre gonna learn more about yourself, figure out what works, build that discipline, and get stronger.
And if you have access to classes where you feel like youâre getting a tailored personal experience with a knowledgeable instructor, chef's kiss.

We might not be able to fix the arthritis, or heal an autoimmune disease completely, or take all the stress of the world away, but we can maybe get a bit more sleep, or drink a bit more water, or scroll less on here đŹ
The cup analogy is not about telling people âyour pain isnât realâ or that their injuries donât matter; itâs about reminding us that our bodies are affected by our internal and external environments and experiences.
