I know when I say we have the best members, and the best culture of any gym, it’s a very bold statement. But I do stand on that!

Example? A member accidentally broke one of our fans over the weekend, and he sent me a message telling me what happened, and that he ordered a new one to replace it that would arrive Monday.

I’m blown away by how amazing our members are here. True FAMILY!!! ❤️

Missouri River Bees are back to sell their amazing, popular, local honey. They will be setup next to our local farmers.

Every Saturday starting tomorrow until they run out of their batch from this season.

We have our very own movie star!!!

We all had to stay silent about this until the film was released, but now we finally can congratulate publicly, our very own Tulei Tappii.

Tulei had the opportunity of a lifetime to be asked by Disney to be in the Moana Live movie, and represent his culture in which he is incredibly proud of.

We are not only incredibly happy for him, but also very proud!

Just getting through those front doors is the hardest part for many folks.

But if you can just manage to push yourself to get through them, you will be greeted with a friendly smile, and positive energy that will make you feel ready to conquer your workout!

Then once you start, you will be supported and motivated by an awesome group of people that encourages and uplifts one another, on the best equipment any gym around here has to offer.

The only thing left for you to do is just walk up and push those front doors open…..
