I started this practice wanting to learn the bodywork because I loved receiving it. I wanted to learn how to use my hands. How to stretch and support someone. How to create a good experience for the person on the mat.
And I am. And I love that.
And the more I practice Thai Yoga, the more I realize how much it’s changing me, too.
My energy has always been pretty masculine. Go. Do. Fix it. Push through. Stay busy. It's Fine.
That way of being has served me well in so many ways, but it’s come with a cost, too.
Thai Yoga Bodywork makes me slow down and really feel. It’s opening me and softening me in ways I’ve craved for a long time. And I’m really grateful for where it’s taking me.
If you’ve been curious about Thai Yoga, come join me on the mat. I’d love to share this practice with you.
