Sophia is a senior who has been observing with us through the WIN program at Wapak High School. It’s been a pleasure to have her! Thanks for putting up with us, Sophia!

Happy 18th Birthday Eli!!! Eli has been rehabbing following chemo and was able to make it back on the football field! He also shows up 10 minutes early to his 6am appointments which is impressive in and of itself.

The kids wanted to “workout”. We found some games to play that got them moving and were fun. Regardless of the age, kids always have more fun training when the situation is more game like.

Reminder: Monday at 8:30am is our Labor Day workout. For those of you who aren’t overly excited to workout, that’s ok! Maguire will be setting up and selling ice cream as well if that’s more your style.

You can always tell posts that AI helps with. The number of uplifting and motivating comments it adds in makes us smile. Send your resume or any questions to [email protected]. We did miss write on the flyer and are looking at 25-40 hours.

School starts back up soon, so the days will be changing for the Mom’s class starting Tuesday the 25th. We are also going to try it out a Thursday class as well and get rid of the Friday class for now.

If you want to check it out, come join in. Your kids are welcome! You don’t have to be a mom either, if this time works best for you! The first class is always free!

Last Friday we worked some frisbee into the workout. We saw some “athleticism” being showcased. It’s always a good day if you can smile a time or two during a workout.
