Looked at the Pro 45L and thought "I'll just get the bag"?

→ A free patch ($9.95) for the front hook-and-loop panel

Bought one by one at full price: $149.85.
As a Loadout with code IRON8: $128.71.

Training on plan. Lunch off plan.
If you meal prep on Sunday and eat drive-thru on Wednesday, this is for you.

The fix isn't willpower. It's where the food rides.

The 45L Meal Prep Backpack has an insulated compartment —
about 10.75" × 9.75" × 5" — for your containers,
kept apart from shoes and training gear.

Same 45L. Same 17" laptop sleeve. Same 20kg / 44lb load test.

TRAIN CLEAN LOADOUT, MEAL PREP BUILD — backpack + Tactical Toiletry Bag + free patch, $169.90. Code IRON8 takes another 8% off at checkout.

"This bag fits everything I need for a day of training and more!"
— Amanda Brown, Verified Athlete

A day of training is more than the session.
It's the drive, the shower, the work day after.

What does the carrying:
→ 45L, 20" × 12" × 12"
→ Load-tested to 20kg / 44lb
→ Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects

The Loadout adds the one thing the bag doesn't have: a sealed shower kit.

Your gym bag handles the lift.
Where does the soap go after?
"Grocery bag next to the laptop" doesn't count.

Bag only — $99.95
→ Pro 45L, 17" laptop sleeve
→ You figure out the wash kit

Train Clean Loadout — $139.90
→ Pro 45L, 17" laptop sleeve
→ Tactical Toiletry Bag, water-resistant, zips shut
→ Hook-and-loop patch, free ($9.95 on its own)

Same bag. One compartment added: a sealed one for the shower.

6am session. 8:30 meeting.
If your gym bag only has to reach the squat rack, scroll on.
If it has to get you to your desk, keep reading.

Pack for the turnaround, not the workout:
1 — Toiletry bag: soap, deodorant, razor. Zipped shut, separate.
2 — Compartment one: work clothes. They stay dry.
3 — Compartment two: shoes, belt, used kit.
4 — Laptop sleeve: fits 17". Flat against your back.

Rack → shower → desk. No repacking. No grocery bag.

TRAIN CLEAN LOADOUT — Pro 45L + Tactical Toiletry Bag + free patch, $139.90. Code IRON8 takes another 8% off at checkout.
