The Wood County Sheriff’s Office has put out a BOLO ( Be On the Lookout) on a black male, with short hair who lives on Brim Road. This male was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, gray shorts and potentially wearing sandals but could also be barefoot. He has charges against him for domestic violence.

Around 4:05, Bowling Green Fire Division along with Middleton Township and Perrysburg, responded to North Main Street at Cooper Standard for a small machinery fire. Upon arrival, the building had already been evacuated. Departments were able to work closely together and safely were able to extinguish the fire.

Everyone is safe.

The Wood County Sheriff’s Office is requesting your assistance in locating a missing 17 year old male. Gavin Lee, age 17, was last seen on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at approximately 12:00pm. Gavin left his home in Jerry City to go camping, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, camouflage pants, a brown coat, brown hat, and brown boots. Gavin left his home riding a black and pink beach cruiser style bicycle, along with his green backpack. “ Tuesday afternoon there were cop cars in front and behind Verizon store across Wooster. We heard the cops yell “taze taze taze” and heard the taser actually deploy in the ditch right by Verizon and Wooster. It happened all fast. Possible robbery at Verizon?
