Just a reminder: flotation devices will not be permitted off either diving board this summer. β
Floaties are great for helping children stay safe in the water, but wearing one while jumping off the diving board could create unsafe situations in the deep end of the pool. π
The best way to build up confidence and overall water safety is by putting your children in swim lessons. Teaching children real swimming skills helps them learn how to move safely in the water, respond in emergencies, and enjoy the pool with greater independence! Feel free to ask one of the managers on duty about information regarding swim lessons this summer! ππΌββοΈπβοΈ

The activity pool will be closed temporarily as a precaution. We need to replace the chemical pumps and get the levels back to where they should be. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution, thank you for understanding.

Just a reminder that children should not be leaving the facility to play in the grass area in front of the main entrance of the pool.
Based on the foot traffic we have from other residents of Bowling Green cutting through the property, the lifeguards and manager(s) on staff will instruct anyone wanting to play out there to play in one of the other grassy areas within the pool area. There is also not a lifeguard on stand to watch the children playing out there.
Thank you for understanding!

Just a reminder about inflatable floats for the summer! βοΈβ±οΈ
It is important for the lifeguards to be able to see everyone in the pool, if the inflatable float is too big, there might be someone hidden underneath that would need saving.
Please help with the prevention of accidents by only bringing in small, single-person clear floats or similar items! If you have any questions about a float that you have, feel free to ask an off-duty lifeguard or manager on duty! π
