The 2026 Kentucky 12&U Championship is a wrap! We had some amazing swims by our amazing swimmers with more making it on to medal in the finals!

Our Boys 200 Free relay placed 5th!
Sadie Sliger in 8th in the 100 free!
Bryce Beil in 8th in the 100 breast!

It was great weekend and we are so proud of all our swimmers and their accomplishments. Next, we’re headed to Danville, KY for the 2026 KY 13&O Champs! Good luck swimmers!

🔥 Senior Sectionals Recap – Cary, NC 🔥

RACE Aquatics had a very successful weekend at Senior Sectionals in Cary, North Carolina, with six athletes representing the team at a high level.

Brian Bosse led the way, competing in 9 individual events and 3 relays. He qualified for finals in all nine events and swam seven of them, finishing:
• 12th – 200 IM
• 15th – 50 Free
• 16th – 100 Fly
• 16th – 100 Back
• 20th – 200 Free
• 20th – 100 Free
• 23rd – 100 Breast

Kenan Aganovic competed in 7 individual events, earning finals swims in four:
• 14th – 200 Breast
• 16th – 100 Breast
• 18th – 500 Free
• 26th – 200 IM

Caden Moseley wrapped up his swimming career with a strong final meet, earning finals swims in:
• 26th – 400 IM
• 29th – 200 Breast

Laris Skeric had a great meet, finaling in:
• 19th – 50 Free
• 28th – 100 Free

Ella Klies competed in her first Sectionals with RACE, swimming five events and earning finals in:
• 24th – 200 Fly
• 31st – 500 Free

Brianne Flikkema finished her season strong with four individual swims at Sectionals.

RACE Men’s Relays:
• 800 Free Relay – 7th place
• 400 Free Relay – 6th place
• 400 Medley Relay – 11th place

Final Team Finish:
RACE Aquatics Men – 7th Place Overall

We are incredibly proud of how our swimmers represented the team this weekend. Hard work, resilience, and team pride were on full display.

Day 2 of the 2026 KY 12&U Championships was full of great swims! Lots of time cut in prelims with even more cut in finals it was a fun day to watch our RACE Swimmers!

With that we also had several Top 8 finishers!
Our Mixed Medley Relay in 6th place!
Kenner Rose in 8th in the 200 Breast!
Sadie Sliger 5th in the 50 Free!
Lennon Payne 4th in the 50 Free!
Bryce Beil 3rd in the 50 Breast!
Lennon Payne in 8th in the 200 Free!

Tomorrow is the final day, and we can’t wait to see what these swimmers can do!

While Coach Caty and some of our seniors are making waves at sectionals in Cary, we’re here in Louisville for Day 1 of 2026 Kentucky 12&U Championship meet!🏊‍♂️

We’ve got a great group of kids here already swimming their fins off! Already on the podium we have Sadie in 7th in the 10&U 200 free and Lennon in 8th in the 11-12 500 Free!
Great job swimmers! Can’t wait for what session 2 holds!

Day 1 of Senior Sectionals had us on the road to Cary for the 800 Free Relay. Three out of four swimmers dropped best times and the boys brought home a 7th place finish. Great start to the meet. Way to go, boys! 💪🏊‍♂️

Tomorrow we kick off the individual events and the girls hit the water too. Let’s keep the momentum rolling! 🔥
