Today’s open gym was all about energy, fundamentals, and getting better together! From Musical Ball warm-ups to stationary ball handling, cone dribbling, layups, 3-man weave, and lower body strength work. Our girls put in the work tonight! 💪

We focused on:

🏀 Layup fundamentals
🏀 Passing & communication
🏀 Speed, conditioning & teamwork

No experience needed! Just come ready to learn, work hard, and have fun! 💙💛
