A lot goes into making a great rodeo, and we're proud to have so many great people in our corner. 🤠

Being named the 2026 Northern Rodeo Association Gold Rodeo of the Year means a lot to us. We know this honor reflects the time, talent, and dedication of the people who help make Valley View Rodeo possible.

We're proud to see several members of the Valley View team recognized among the 2026 NRA Finals personnel.

Shane Moran of Jacobs Rodeo: Pick Up Man of the Year
Ryan Davis: Announcer of the Year
Betsy Moran: Timer of the Year
Martin Murphy: Judge of the Year
Cavan Wrzesinski: Judge of the Year
Danger Dave Whitmoyer, Professional Rodeo Clown: NRA Comedy Act of the Year

Congratulations to all of you! Thank you for everything you've contributed to Valley View this season and for your continued work to advance the sport of rodeo.

Congratulations to Michael J Beattie, recently elected NRA President in the 2026 NRA Board of Directors Election. Michael has been a partner of Valley View Rodeo since 2023 by picking up in the arena and helping stock contractor Jacobs Rodeo in so many ways. Thank you for all you do!

We'd like to also thank Jacobs Rodeo for being incredible partners to Valley View Rodeo since day one. Shane Moran and his team bring us top notch stock, professionalism, expertise and fun every week. Congratulations to Shane, Jagger, Jyler, Luke, Vince and their entire team for their 2026 Ba****ck Horse of the year win with 406 Big Sky!

To everyone who played a part in making this season what it was, thank you. We're honored to receive this recognition and proud to be surrounded by people who care so much about the future of rodeo.

To all the athletes heading into the NRA Finals, best of luck! Especially to those who rode with us at Valley View this summer. We'll be cheering you on!

The cowboys and cowgirls get plenty of credit, but they are not the only athletes in the arena. 🐎

The horses and livestock are a huge part of what makes rodeo what it is, bringing power, athleticism, and plenty of personality every time the gate opens.

So here is a little offseason appreciation for the four legged athletes who gave us some of our favorite moments this summer. 🤠

They deserve some love, too. ❤️

Start ’em young. 🤠🐎

Some traditions are taught. Others are picked up somewhere along the way, watching from the fence, wearing a cowboy hat that is still a little too big, and taking in every second of what happens in the arena.

This is how rodeo keeps going. One generation sharing it with the next.

And we have a feeling this little cowboy will be ready when it is his turn. ❤️

Some things in rodeo do not need to be written down. 🤠

Show up for each other. Respect the stock. Cheer loud for every ride. Stay humble when you win and get back up when it does not go your way.

And when it is your turn in the arena, give them something to cheer for. 🐎🔥

Rodeo has always been about more than what happens when the gate opens. It is about the people, the respect, and the traditions that keep it going.

What would you add to the unwritten rules of rodeo? 👇

The best part of Valley View has always been the people who make it what it is. 🤠🐎

The contestants who give us something to cheer for. The families and friends who fill the stands. The crews who keep everything moving. The people behind the scenes. And a community that shows up, week after week, ready to be part of it.

All summer long, you competed, cheered, worked, celebrated, and turned Thursday nights at the arena into something bigger than rodeo.

Valley View would not be Valley View without all of you.

Now we want to see the season through your eyes. Drop your favorite photo or memory from this summer in the comments and let’s relive one heck of a season together. 👇🤠

The dust has barely settled and we are already thinking about Season 5. 🐎

Anyone else or is it just us?!😅

A huge thank you to the businesses that stood behind Valley View Rodeo this season. 🤠🐎

Our sponsors do more than make rodeo nights possible. They invest in our athletes, our community, and the western traditions we are proud to carry forward.

We could not do what we do without the businesses that believe in it right alongside us.

Thank you for being part of another incredible season at Valley View Rodeo. ❤️

Turns out, Valley View is kinda cowboy. 🤠

Sold out stands, packed chutes, first timers finding their footing, seasoned athletes bringing the heat, and a community that shows up again and again.

Yeah, we think that is pretty cowboy. 🐎

Already missing rodeo season and counting down until we get to do it all over again.
