NIL deals can come with more than a paycheck💰

Some NIL contracts may include terms that affect what happens to your compensation if you enter the transfer portal, including losing future payments or potentially having to repay money. That doesn’t mean every NIL deal restricts athletes from transferring, but it does mean the contract you sign matters. So before signing, be sure to know what happens if you leave, what money could be affected, and what obligations come with the deal.

Protein, creatine, caffeine, and electrolytes are common, but the NCAA makes one thing clear: athletes are responsible for what they put in their bodies. Supplements should support good nutrition, hydration, training, and recovery, not replace them. Know what you’re taking before it impacts your health, performance, or eligibility.
