๐โค๏ธ๐ค A BIG DAY FOR CACHE YOUTH FOOTBALL! ๐คโค๏ธ๐
Today was about more than wins and losses.
For three of our Cache teams, today was the first time they got to take the field this season โ 7U White Flag, 9U White Tackle, and our 11U Girls Flag team. For some of these kids, it was their first opportunity to represent Cache in a real game.
And they made it a day to remember. ๐ถโค๏ธ

Our 7U Bulldogs battled through a tough defensive game and came away with a 6โ0 shutout victory! Great team effort from these young Bulldogs!

FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON!
What a debut! These kids went toe-to-toe with Apache in an absolute battle and came within TWO points of bringing home the win. They scored 42 points in their very first game and fought until the final whistle. There is a lot to be excited about with this group! โค๏ธ

Another battle and another SHUTOUT! Our 9U Bulldogs played tough, stayed together and earned an 8โ0 victory over Minco!

You couldn't ask for a much better beginning! Our 9U White team took the field for the first time this season and walked away with an 18โ6 WIN over Altus! Congratulations to these boys on getting their season started in a big way!

A tough one for our 12U Bulldogs today. Keep your heads up, boys. Football teaches us how to celebrate the good days and how to respond to the difficult ones. Stick together, learn from it and keep getting better. โค๏ธ
๐๐ 11U GIRLS FLAG | Cache 32 โ Carnegie 19
FIRST GAME. FIRST WIN. AND A LITTLE CACHE HISTORY! โค๏ธ๐ฅ
For the first time, our 11U all-girls flag football team took the field representing Cache โ and these girls showed up READY!
They defeated Carnegie 32โ19 to earn a victory in their very first game!
Regardless of the score, seeing these girls step onto that field together was already something special. Getting to watch them compete, have fun and come away with the win made it even better.
Keep playing. Keep learning. Keep making history, ladies! โค๏ธ๐ค
Today perfectly showed what youth football is supposed to be about.
Kids playing their first games.
Kids earning their first wins.
Kids battling through close losses.
Kids learning how to handle tough games.
Kids making new friends and becoming teammates.
And most importantly, kids getting the opportunity to PLAY FOOTBALL.
The scoreboard will change every Saturday.
The experiences, friendships and memories these kids are making along the way are what they'll remember. โค๏ธ
