Feeling busy, tired, or overstimulated as September routines begin again?

Join us for a Crystal Sound Bath Experience with Makenna Wahlin, local Sound Healer, at IGNITE Dance & Yoga Carnation.

A crystal sound bath is a simple, restful experience where you lie down, get comfortable, and allow the calming tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls to support deep relaxation.

Why attend?

It can help you slow down after a full week.

It gives your nervous system time to settle.

It creates space to rest without having to “do” anything.

It can support a calmer mind, softer body, and easier transition into the weekend.

It is a beautiful option if you have been feeling busy, scattered, tired, or out of your routine.

No yoga experience needed. No movement required. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and let yourself rest.

This month’s theme focuses on rotation, mobility, posture, balance, and moving with more ease. Each Sunday builds within the theme as you explore rotation through the spine, ribs, hips, and shoulders in a thoughtful Vinyasa practice.
