LILY’S TECHNIQUE CORNER: Episode 25! I can’t believe we are already at our 25th episode! Today Lily is demonstrating an Armbar from the North/South position! This is a great one for kids! Stay tuned till the end, where you will also see her hitting it rolling live in class! Also, we will soon be transitioning from our BJJ techniques to some of our Kenpo Karate techniques! Kenpo, Jiujitsu, and Catch Wrestling for a Monday night! In Kenpo we worked sticky hands (chi sao). In JiuJitsu we worked chokes as a set up to other locks. In Catch we worked a leg lock flow!
