Last week, we wrapped up our Empowered Youth 30-Day Challenge, and we couldn’t be more proud of every young athlete who committed to the process.

For 30 days, they showed up, worked hard, challenged themselves, and proved what consistency can accomplish. Their dedication earned them something special, the opportunity to continue training with us all summer long for FREE.

These athletes have been an incredible addition to our classes. They bring energy, determination, and a willingness to learn that inspires everyone around them. In many ways, they’ve motivated us adults just as much as we’ve encouraged them.

Congratulations to all of our Empowered Youth participants who completed the challenge! This is just the beginning. Keep showing up, keep working hard, and keep believing in what you’re capable of. We’re excited to spend the summer training alongside you and watching you continue to grow.

Today, we’re celebrating the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who have made a positive impact on our lives.

At 42, we make the impossible possible.

Yesterday, a group of brave individuals accomplished something they never thought they could do. Together, we burpee broad-jumped 400 meters, lunged 400 meters, bear-crawled 400 meters, and sprinted the final 400 meters.

This was so much more than a physical challenge, it was a mental battle. Every participant faced moments of doubt, discomfort, and the urge to quit. But they kept moving forward.

What made the experience even more special was the community that surrounded them. Volunteers showed up to cheer everyone on, encouraging them every step of the way. Family members and kids stood on the sidelines holding signs that read, “I Don’t Quit,” reminding us all what resilience looks like.

There were moments of struggle, moments of triumph, and countless moments of people lifting each other up. Nobody did it alone.

Yesterday wasn’t just about completing a challenge. It was about proving that we are capable of more than we think, that we can do hard things, and that when a community comes together, the impossible becomes possible.

Every single person finished. And every single person left stronger than they arrived.
