We have a raffle going on to help us raise funds to help pay for the new facility and parking lot which in turn will be used to host many charity and other community functions. Tickets are $100 apiece with the grand prize set at $15,000 and second prize set at $10,000. We are selling 1500 tickets in total and have 20 prizes in total. We have about 800 tickets to sell yet before Saturday. In addition to the cash prizes we will be awarding attendance prizes every half hour starting at noon until we draw the winners at 7:30 on Saturday. In addition to these winners, we will plan to add some golf prizes such as a golf membership for the next 12 months, unlimited golf cart use for the next 12 months, and a few others to f we can at least 1200 tickets.

To purchase, you can send payment via Venmo to and put “Thanks, full name, & phone number” in the memo. Please consider helping us in this process endeavor as we continue to offer a new facility to Midwest Ohio for many different purposes. Who knows, you may just win a good chunk of cash!

Thursday is a big day out here at the Mercer County Elks. Please see everything happening at the golf course:
-12:00 Shotgun Start: We have 58 teams signed up for our first Member-Guest of the year.
-1:00 First Pitch: Come out and watch the St. Henry Redskins take on the Berlin Hiland Hawks in the Division VI state baseball semifinal. The game will be on the new patio.
-6:00 to 9:00: Josh Jacobs will be playing solo on the patio. The public is welcome to come hang out with us in the patio and enjoy some great tunes by Josh.

All of this is happening Thursday, June 11 at the new clubhouse. Come out for a drink or 2 or maybe some dinner.

Our first outside outing in the new clubhouse happens this Saturday. Looking forward to hosting the group from Fort Recovery. The patio will be open all afternoon if you want to come out and hang out!!
