Ninja Sport fuses four disciplines: Tricking for the aerial skills, Warrior for the obstacle work, Gymnastics for body control, and Parkour for how you move through space. NinjaZone stitches all four into one progressive level system kids earn their way through, starting at White. ⚡

An open gym hands kids equipment and hope. A gymnastics class trains one apparatus set. Ninja class at Flight Deck Gymnastics trains an entire sport, with a curriculum and a trained coach behind it. 🔥

You know the pattern: blocks for ninety seconds, then the puzzle, then the truck, then back to the blocks with a snack request in between. 🌀

Attention at ages 3-5 is short by design - but it stretches with practice. Lil Ninja at Flight Deck Gymnastics gives your little one one thing at a time: this beam, this tunnel, this jump, this turn. One instruction, all the way through, with a coach cheering at the end. 💛
