🥊Going back to Basics!🥊

🥋Hanshi review basic slipping and setting up targets!

🥋Hanshi is not only a Karate black belt in Kyokushin and Chinese Goju, but has also competed in boxing and kickboxing!

🥋Boxing and Krav Maga go hand in hand, understanding head movements as well as footwork will ENHANCE one’s self defense!

🥩1st Annual GMAS Workout-Cookout

🥋To celebrate 4 years of Grofik Martial Arts Studio, we hosted our FIRST WORKOUT COOKOUT!

🥋Chinese Goju Ryu Karate of NYC and Long Island spent the afternoon sharing knowledge and having fun bouncing ideas off one another!

🥋Shoutout to our instructors: Senpai Elijah Curry, Senpai Emma Murphy, Renshi Adam Grofik, Renshi Cedric Curry, and Hanshi Marco Ovalle!

🥋When all was said and done, we feasted!
