Bucks County Baseball Academy Bucks County Baseball Academy is dedicated to teaching young players the right way to play baseball.

We teach sportsmanship, manners, and the importance of being a gentleman. Bucks County Baseball Academy offers premium baseball instruction to first year players all the way though the college level. Our goal is to teach the fundamentals, work ethic, and dedication necessary to succeed on and off the field. Our, individual and small group instruction, clinics, team, and analysis teach the mechanics and mental approach to play the game the right way. BCBA currently has two locations:

⚾ HITTERS ARE BUILT IN THE OFFSEASON.

Our Generals Hitting Development Program starts in November and is designed to help players develop efficient mechanics, improve barrel control, increase exit velocity, and become more complete hitters.

🔥 What makes our program different?
• Personalized hitting and training plans
• Rapsodo & Blast technology to measure performance
• Barrel control, bat speed, and exit velocity development
• Randomized, outcome-based training that translates to games
• Optional explosive strength and power training

Our goal isn't just to create a better-looking swing. It's to develop hitters who can consistently impact the baseball and compete at the plate.

📈 Year over year, players in our hitting programs averaged a 7 MPH increase in ball exit velocity!

⚾ PITCHERS ARE BUILT IN THE OFFSEASON.

Don't wait until March to get ready for the season. Our Generals Pitching Development Program starts in November and is designed to build a strong foundation, develop velocity and command, and prepare athletes for the demands of competitive baseball.

🔥 What makes our program different?
• Personalized throwing and total-body training plans
• Mechanical and movement assessments
• Rapsodo pitch analysis and pitch-arsenal development
• Velocity, command, arm care, strength, and power training
• A progressive offseason plan built around each athlete

November–December: Build the foundation.
January–March: Develop velocity, command, pitch arsenal and prepare to compete!

The Generals 2028 Black are off to a perfect start with wins of 9-1, 9-1, and 6-5. The boys have been getting it done on both sides of the ball and will look to keep the momentum rolling.
