"Dear Mike. Thank you for everything you do for both the community and me. All of us are so blessed to have as a coach, mentor, and friend. I hope this gift can express just a small percent of the thanks you are owed." - JD

Why CU Jiu Jitsu and why coach Mike? Because this.

When you step into any gym or martial arts school for the first time you often wonder what the Coach is going to be like. Professor Michael Stoller does all he can to make our community better. From the moment you to step through the door the first time, throughout class, and off the mat, you know he and the rest of the CU Jiu Jitsu are going to treat you well. And even if you're not a member at CU, he still strives to make meaningful, positive differences in individuals and larger communities. This is what you get at CU.

To JD, I am so personally touched that you surprised me with this gift. I'm so happy to be a part of your journey and grateful beyond words. I will continue the mission for you and everyone else!
