Just a reminder all rescheduled or canceled lessons for any reason require a 24 hour notice.
If you have not given notice you will not be given a makeup lesson.
We have had an excessive amount of last min reschedules.
This policy continues as stated in our orientation packet and now posted for all to reread.
If more than 15 min late for a lesson, you must call or text so that we can get your horse ready. Greater than 15 min your lesson will be canceled with no makeup.
Effective immediately each student will be allowed 1 reschedule every 8 weeks.
We unfortunately can no longer accommodate any more than that. We are happy to change your sched if needed as well to accommodate♡
***if a lesson is canceled by us for dangerous weather or an equine emergency we will always sched a makeup lesson.
