🏆🐴 SEPTEMBER CHAMPS + SEASON UPDATE! 🐴🏆
Another Gymkhana is in the books, and as we get deeper into the season, one thing is becoming very clear…
These riders are getting FAST — and the competition is getting CLOSE! 🔥
First, congratulations to our September High Point Champions!
🏆 Walk/Trot — Maddog & Biscuit — 17 points
🏆 Junior — Sky & Rose — 29 points
🏆 Novice — Neil & Sunshine — 27 points
🏆 Senior — Haley & Loretta — 27 points
But the scores only tell part of the story.
We’re four events into the season now, and we’re starting to see just how much these riders have grown.
🔥 Junior is becoming a battle! Sky and AB have been running close all season, with AB holding the advantage through our first three events. Today Sky turned it up and put together a HUGE 29-point day!
🔥 Our Novice riders are shaving serious time. Avery has taken more than 34 seconds off both her June Pole and Barrel times, while Lirit has dropped her Barrels from 49.502 all the way to 23.588!
🔥 Neil continues to get quicker and put together a strong 27-point championship performance today.
🔥 And Senior is getting ridiculously close. Haley & Loretta ran a 10.255 Arena, while Emmy & Will ran a 10.160 — just 0.095 seconds apart!
Their barrel runs?
19.538 vs. 20.108.
Just 0.570 seconds separated them! 😳
THAT is what makes this so much fun.
Every event we’re watching riders gain confidence, horses and riders learn each other better, times come down, and competition get tighter.
The ribbons are fun. Winning is fun. But watching someone look back at where they started in June and realize what they’re capable of now?
That’s the good stuff. ❤️
We aren’t finished yet! There is still plenty of racing left in our 2026 season, and these divisions are getting VERY interesting.
