"Pure barre is my favorite way to find movement meditation. Detach from perfection. Find your flow in the beat of the music. Close your eyes deepen your breath and find your connection to mind body and soul. The strength resilience and results physically mentally and spiritually from experiencing a pure barre class is unmatched. Once you start, you will wish you started sooner."
