When I was asked if I wanted to perform at PechaKucha’s 50th romp, I said, “Um… are you sure you want JUST Jenny Broe dancing for six minutes? I so old now.” 😂
Will I take the stage solo? Or will THE BAD GIRLS CLUB come out of retirement for this moment??? You’ll just have to come to the show to find out. :)
The coolest part of this whole process has been working with people who have NEVER taken the stage before, alongside folks returning for the first time in over a DECADE (or MORE!!!). There’s something truly magical about being onstage, and I hope everyone gets to experience it at least once in their lifetime. Under those lights, with the music loud, you feel truly untouchable. Getting to share that feeling with these humans is everything.
