Sundays - 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. | Team workout until 4:15 p.m.; scrimmage starting immediately after

Massive THANK YOU to everyone who made this year's "Not So Hard on Your Body" tournament possible - from the teams that traveled in to play to the volunteers who donated their time. Congratulations to Onderwaterhockey Orca, who flew all the way from Belgium and won the whole thing in their first tournament appearance!

Special shout-out to Freehouse Brewery for allowing us to host our Saturday evening soiree at their scenic and spacious venue. We always have a blast eating seafood, socializing, and enjoying a refreshing beer (or two) post-play.

Thanks also to North Charleston Aquatics Center for allowing us to host the tournament in such a bright & beautiful space.

Hello UWH Community, registration for the 2023 Not So Hard On Your Body Tournament is nearly here!

TLDR: Register your team on the portal and pay your deposit and team entry fee to secure your spot.

We can accommodate a total of 8 teams. There will be a two-team waitlist after the available spots are taken. Only one team may be reserved per person, and reservations are non-transferable.

To register your team, visit www.uwhportal.com, sign in, and navigate to the event page. Click on "Register a team" and follow the prompts. You only need to provide a team name in order to initially create your team (it can be edited later). The other team information can also be added/edited later. Once you have created your team, your players can request to be added to your team, or you can invite them to your roster.

Once you have registered your team on www.uwhportal.com, we ask that you please send in your deposit within one week. This non-refundable* deposit secures your team's spot and will count towards your team's entry fee!

*Waitlisted teams that do not end up getting a spot will have their deposit refunded.

Registration opens: Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 4pm Eastern time (that's 1pm Pacific, 2pm Mountain, and 3pm Central)

Dates: November 11 - 12, 2023

​Approximate play times: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday & 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Sunday​

​Location: North Charleston Aquatics Center
​North Charleston Aquatics Center features an Olympic-sized indoor pool with a smooth gunite bottom. It’s clean, has a uniform depth of 7 ft., and has no drains in the playing area.

​Play: Team tournament with up to 8 available spaces.
Dedicated refs. Uni2 pucks.
USOA sanctioned (waivers and dues required)

A banquet will be held directly following play on Sat., Nov. 11th, at Freehouse Brewery for all registered players. Hope to see you there!

Charleston Underwater Hockey | Tournament 2016 The CBR Annual Tournament is traditionally hosted in November. This is a Team Tournament and custom-made Charleston prizes will be awarded. Good luck!

We had a blast sparring with the U.S. Women's Masters UWH team this weekend at North Charleston Aquatic Center. It was a great opportunity for our team to work on positioning and skills against excellent opponents. Wishing the women the best of luck on their journey to Worlds!
