2026–2027 USA WRESTLING MEMBERSHIP REMINDER

📣 Parents & Guardians!

Before your wrestler can participate in club practices or competitions, they must have an active USA Wrestling (USAW) Athlete Membership.

✅ Cost: $60 per wrestler
✅ Valid: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027

🤼 HOW TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD

STEP 1 – Create a Parent Account

Visit:

Create an account using your information and email address. Returning families can log in to their existing account.

STEP 2 – Add Your Wrestler

Under Manage → Profiles, create a new profile for your child or claim their existing profile if they have wrestled previously.

STEP 3 – Select Your Wrestling Club

Under your child's profile, select Add Club Affiliations.

Search for Chatham Wrestling Club and select the appropriate club affiliation.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Verify your wrestler's club affiliation BEFORE purchasing their membership. If you cannot find the correct club, contact us before proceeding.

STEP 4 – Purchase Athlete Membership

Go to Manage → Memberships → Purchase/Renew Membership.

Select your child, choose the Athlete Membership, and complete payment.

STEP 5 – Save Your Membership Card

Download or print your wrestler's current membership card for club verification.

STEP 6 – Age Verification (If Required)

Wrestlers competing in IKWF events must have their age verified through IKWF. Follow the instructions below if your child has not previously been verified.

As the 2026–2027 wrestling season approaches, all wrestlers competing in Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation (IKWF) events must have a current USA Wrestling athlete membership and be properly affiliated with their IKWF club.

Parents should complete the following steps:

1. Create a USA Wrestling Account
Create an account through the USA Wrestling membership system:

2. Create or Claim Your Wrestler’s Profile
Create a profile for a new wrestler or claim the existing profile of a returning wrestler.

3. Add or Edit Club Affiliation
Make sure your wrestler is affiliated with the correct IKWF club before purchasing the membership.

Important: Once the USA Wrestling membership has been purchased, only IKWF office staff can add or edit a wrestler’s club affiliation. If your child is changing clubs this season, be sure to remove the previous club affiliation before purchasing the membership.

4. Purchase the USA Wrestling Athlete Membership
Complete the purchase of your wrestler’s USA Wrestling athlete membership.

5. Submit Age Verification, If Required
All wrestlers competing in IKWF events must be age verified by the IKWF office. Acceptable documentation includes a birth certificate, passport, or other legal document showing the wrestler’s name and date of birth.

Age verification documents may be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to (708) 206-0335.

Please be sure to include the name of the IKWF club your child is joining when submitting age verification so the IKWF office can verify that your wrestler is affiliated with the correct club.

Completing these steps early will help ensure your wrestler is properly registered and eligible to compete when the season begins.

The 2026–2027 season marks the inaugural IESA Girls Wrestling State Series, giving middle school girls their own postseason path through sectionals to the state tournament! It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of girls wrestling history. 🤼‍♀️

YES—girls can participate in BOTH Chatham Titans Wrestling Club and Glenwood Middle School wrestling, and we strongly encourage it!

Club wrestling helps girls learn the fundamentals, build confidence, develop friendships, and gain valuable mat experience. Those skills carry into middle school wrestling, helping athletes prepare, improve, and work toward their goals.

Whether your daughter is stepping onto the mat for the first time or already loves competing, there is a place for her in the Titans family!
