Soft, gentle, eyes closed, listening, comfort.

Our next Red Tent Workshop Series will be on Menopause and Creative Movement, led by Angelica Dzeli Palmer. Come to connect and drop into your body. Soft, gentle, eyes closed, listening, comfort. We’ll be practicing the Non-Linear Movement Method together, as well as sharing a story circle about the Wise Woman phase of life, a ritual, and a lovely potluck and tea. All ages of self-identified women welcome.

The First Friday Open Mic & Exhibit of Historic Cherry Valley Photographs is coming up this week.
Join us for an evening of community and creative expression, time immemorial!

This month our exhibit will be “Saved by Alta and Elmer: Historic Photographs Found in Cherry Valley.”

Exhibition Opening Party at 5pm, Open Mic starts at 6pm.
The exhibit will be up for the month of September, thanks to the generosity of the Cherry Valley Museum. Thanks to Andy Baugnet for his work to restore the 1890s images.

We will have prints displayed as well as a slideshow of images not yet seen by the public.

The Open Mic will start at 6pm. Please sign up at the door to perform.
Donations graciously accepted.

This event coincides with Cherry Valley First Fridays, an evening of gallery openings, music, food and fun throughout the village.
