Hope's Promise offers a variety of programs for different populations with our miniature therapy horses.
Our horses travel all over New Jersey for therapy visits, Reading & Informational programs, Educational programs, Horsemanship programs, Programs for At-Risk Youth and/or those with Behavioral Issues, and Empowerment Programs. We visit nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, hospitals, rehabs, day programs, schools, university, camps and libraries. Maureen Coultas has over 35 years

Thanks so much to volunteers Monica and Erin for helping at the farm from 9 to 2:30 yesterday … taking care of horses, stalls and barn … and old mothy hay lol … while I was in bed with either Lyme or a bad virus. I’m extremely grateful for all they did. ❤️🥹❤️ (Pic from this winter, not yesterday lol.)

Many years ago when Michelangelo first wrote his autobiography and began his book tour, we met a little family at a library … mom, dad, and 2 little boys ages 3 and 1 1/2. They were all enthralled with Michelangelo and started coming to the farm for lessons. Before you know it, they were grooming, leading and riding Chief. Their little sister came along a few years later and fell right in with her brothers. They have become part of our family and are loved by horses, volunteers and our dogs. They have learned so much and are becoming amazing riders. We are so blessed to know and teach them and are also so very grateful to mom and dad for their most generous donation to our nonprofit, enabling the Hubbard School program to continue and our therapy horses to thrive.
