Hey friends...we're firing up the smoker tomorrow (Saturday, March 23rd) in advance of the 2nd round NCAA basketball games. We'll light the fire around 9:00 AM. The games start at 11:00. Let's do this!!

Hey. We’re firing up the smoker THIS Saturday, October 7th at 8:00 AM. You can drop your meat off and leave or you can stay and help with the cook. We’re going to watch the 11:00 and the 2:30 football games.

I've been trying to think of a name for the smoker/grill we made last week. Because of its size, a name like "The Beast" seemed like an option. But then, when you consider it's behind a church, it didn't seem like a good idea.

What do you think of, "Smogrill"? Think, "Smaug" or "Smeagol" from The Lord of the Rings and that will get you in the right area from a pronunciation standpoint.

Here it is used in a sentence, "Would you like to throw some things on Smogrill this weekend and watch some football?"

Great Time last night building the smoker. Brian Norfleet Dierk Copeland Kyle Fulton, Jason Holborow and Jack, Chuck Beard, Kent and Joseph Hornberger, Lad, Owen, Curt Stanfill, Jeff Loaney, Ken Miller, and James Brugner. We did a test run last night. First cook this Sunday.
