It is so important to talk to your children! Jaidah has been struggling and is working so hard to overcome her fears! Take the time to allow them to express the things that they deal with even though they should not have to! I do a lot of bragging on my basketball family and not enough bragging on my gymnastics family! This sport is beyond tough mentally!! I am so thankful for the coaches and parents that love and support my baby! It truly takes a village! We have been at Olympia Gymnastics Chesterfield since the beginning of our journey!! I want to personally thank each and everyone that have supported us and continue to support us! We are a family and there are some amazing kids, coaches and parents that form this family! Never let a day go by where you don’t take the time to say thank you and I appreciate you!
