What is success to you?

Is it a lower body fat % while holding muscle and size in certain areas? Is it a smaller waist and fuller glutes? Is it fitting that outfit you got for the event?

Or is it becoming the person you’re suppose to become in the process of “figuring it out”?

Those are a few ways we like to measure “success” at Ace Fitness Factory.

Karina makes a conscious choice daily to do things necessary to see the progress you’re seeing in the post!

I’m extremely proud of the way she progressed in weight, resistance, and overall quality of lifting with mobility work, all while balancing life and running her own business. Between training with me and completing her tasks each day, which also includes her Karina | Pilates Instructor routines she has set herself up for short and LONG term success.

To truly change, you have to truly change. Sometimes that’s new environment/people, all of the time it’s making a sacrifice, and it’s most definitely getting UNCOMFORTABLE.

However, the person next to you at Ace Boot Camp can relate to YOU!!! everyone out there started somewhere and you end up being around like minded individuals that make it a little easier on the journey. That’s the comfort in the discomfort.
