The One and Only

This bridesmaid really didn't have a huge request. It was simply, just something half up and half down. I don't normally do much with my hair as it's generally always just put up. So, some cute braids and curls on this gorgeous girl and it's lovely 💜

This bridesmaid was a fun one. Half up, half down, but with a messy bun. Talk about business in the front and a party in the back! Her highlights made the whole thing pop 🎉 ✨️

Let's talk Special Occasion upstyling. It's the ultimate girl party. We're talking family and friends who haven't seen each other in awhile, so reunion vibes. We're talking showing up in you jammies eating snacks, sipping sips, and getting dolled up, so sleepover vibes. What girl in earth doesn't love everything about that? This sister of the bride had one request, put everything up in a low bun except for a little bit around my face. I don't want to deal with it while we party on my sister's big day. Done and Done.

Touch up the blonde, but make the underneath darker. That's something I did a lot of in the early 2,000's. In fact, it's something her mom used to have me do when she was little. Talk about taking a walk down memory lane and watching the next generation keep the old ways alive. The difference in products now versus then though? Complete upgrade. What's fun about this is how laying the blonde on top of the dark really makes that blonde pop even more than it does on it's own.

Getting good lash photos can be tricky. She started out as a foreign fill awhile back and has transitioned really well to my volume set. She made it past a shed and now we're rolling.

I've got some openings for brazilians this week. If you've never tried it, you should. Things to know:

* it's really not as bad as you think it is.
* once you start, you won't stop.
* 4-6 weeks is best for regular maintenance.
* the hair grows back less and less the more you wax.
