Long story short, I take some responsibility for the POW/MIA flag flying during the Northwestern football games
FULL STORY: all the upper deck roof pennant flags (including the one POW/MIA flag in deep right field) were removed for NU flags for past football games.
2024 Baseball Offseason, POW/MIA flag was removed before the football games and back in place ahead of Opening Day 2025.
10/22/2025 I tweet suggesting the flag stay in place and tag several NU accounts including Chief Revenue Office for NU Athletics, Jesse Marks
10/23 Marks responds with the above tweet
~11/4 POW/MIA Flag was replaced with a white NU flag and I tweet about it
~11/6 POW/MIA Flag is back in place
