We are saddened to hear of the passing of such an iconic performer. She will always be a legend!

Rest in peace to a true legend, Soheir Zaki. Born in Mansoura, she rose from wedding dancer to star of 100+ films, defining Egyptian dance from the 1960s–80s. Her timeless artistry and influence will never be forgotten. 🕊️

THIS is the day that I wait for each time we have a showcase! The purchase of tickets by somebody I have never met. And that’s a wrap for Eastern Star for 2025. 💖 I am always amazed at how we all come together for a show and everybody brings their best 💪A big thank you to all of the performers, the audience, Movement Arts of Chico and last but not least: my husband for ALWAYS bringing his best! No sound? No problem! No lights? No problem! And I can’t thank him enough♥️ It’s time to recharge, re-inspire and most importantly DREAM about 2026!
