MEET THE MANAGERS MONDAY | NATE SHARP

21 years in the fire service. A blue-collar mindset. And a whole lot of respect for the craft.

Meet Nate Sharp, one of the dedicated individuals behind Citizens First Fire Training.

A 21-year veteran of the fire service, husband, and father of four, Nate is a firm believer that respect isn't given because of a title or time on the job. It's earned through hard work, grit, and action.

For Nate, family is everything. His wife and four children are his motivation to keep pushing, keep improving, and, most importantly, make it home at the end of every shift.

After more than two decades in the fire service, Nate understands that this job demands discipline, sacrifice, teamwork, and a willingness to get your hands dirty when things get ugly.

His approach to training? No shortcuts. No standing around. Get your hands on the tools, put in the reps, and know your damn job.

At CFFT, Nate brings real-world experience and an unapologetically blue-collar mentality to helping firefighters sharpen their skills, build confidence, and stay ready for whatever the job throws their way.

Because at the end of the day, firefighting isn't about looking the part.

It's about knowing your craft, taking care of your crew, serving your community, and making it home to the people who matter most.

New tools. Ready to get to work.

A big thank you to Brooklyn Fire Department for trusting Citizens First Fire Training to help outfit their new engine!

We had the pleasure of installing their new AMKUS Rescue Systems equipment and delivering four Cahaba Fire Wedges and a Junkyard Dog Crash Bag.

Good equipment. Great people. And a department investing in getting the job done right.
