Flyers 13U player meets Padres closer with diabetes — PF Flyers Baseball Club When PF Flyers 13U player Brian Westbrook Jr. was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in November, his family and coaches looked for athletes who have successfully navigated baseball despite the challenges of the disease. That search led them to San Diego Padres closer Mason Miller.

2033 PF Flyers 12U #9 Jackson Roush Meinberg pitched a 57 pitch complete game in the Field of Dreams semifinal 10-2 win to put the PF Flyers into the championship game on the Field of Dreams Movie Site Field!!!
Jackson is the great great grandson of Ed Roush, MLB Hall of Famer, and 1919 World Series MVP. Ironically, the movie Field of Dreams was based on the players from the 1919 World Series.
