MysFit Fitness is a diverse, Cincinnati based fitness/dance workout crew that comes together every Monday to have fun and break a serious sweat to high intensity, HipHop/Pop inspired, dance fitness routines. EVERYONE is welcome to join in on the fun - no dance fitness experience required. Come try it out - First class is FREE! After that, it's only $5 to drop in or $35 for an 8-class pass.
