Hello WTSC Families & Friends!

Keep an eye out for an email later today containing this information - incase you don't get the email, we wanted to share here too! :)

We are so excited to announce WT Sports Complex’s first-ever Annual Mum Sale! 🌼🍂

This fundraiser is open to previous WTSC families, our current families, and new families joining us for the first time this spring! We wanted to offer our WTSC community a one-stop shop for beautiful mums and fall florals while raising funds that directly benefit our park.

Getting started is easy!

Attached to this email, you will find our 2026 Mum Sale Opt-In Information Sheet — please take a moment to review it.

To create an online storefront for your player, simply scan the QR code or click the link provided on the attached form. Both will take you through the steps to create your player's individual online store.

Once your storefront is created, you'll receive a personalized fundraising link that you can share with family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and across your social media pages. The easier you make it for people to shop, the more opportunities your player has to help support WTSC!

🌼 Prefer paper orders?
No problem! If you would rather opt out of the online storefront and sell using traditional paper order forms, simply reply to this email and we will get the necessary materials to you.

BONUS — THE SALE IS ALREADY LIVE! 🎉
Although our official kickoff is September 9th, the QR code and online registration link on the attached form are LIVE NOW, which means you can set up your player's storefront and start sharing immediately! We get a few extra days to sell! 🙌 https://app.fundraiseit.org/claim.php?O3676F26

🏆 Don't forget about our Top Seller Prizes!
🥇 1st Place — $100 Amazon Gift Card
🥈 2nd Place — $50 Amazon Gift Card
🥉 3rd Place — $25 Amazon Gift Card

Every purchase makes a difference. All proceeds from the Mum Sale go directly back to WT Sports Complex to help us prepare and protect the park throughout the winter months and provide the resources needed to get our fields, facilities, and equipment ready for another great season in the spring. ⚾🥎

Whether you sell one mum or fifty, every order helps our park!

🏆💙 Congratulations to the WT Blue Jays on an incredible run to the County Championship, bringing home an outstanding 2nd Place finish! 💙🏆
What an amazing season these boys have put together! Every practice, every game, every inning, and every challenge helped shape this team into a group that represented WT with pride, determination, and heart.

Success isn’t measured by a trophy alone—it’s measured by the countless hours of hard work, the willingness to push through adversity, the teamwork shown on and off the field, and the memories created along the way. The Blue Jays displayed all of those qualities from the very first pitch of the season to the final out of the championship game.

To the players: thank you for your hustle, your resilience, and your commitment to always giving your best. You should be incredibly proud of everything you accomplished this season.
To the coaches: thank you for investing your time, knowledge, and dedication into these young athletes. Your leadership helped these boys grow not only as baseball players but as teammates and young men.

And to the families and fans: thank you for the endless support, cheering from the stands, and encouraging these players every step of the way. Your support makes a tremendous difference.

WT is incredibly proud of the way the Blue Jays represented our organization throughout the entire county tournament.

Congratulations on an unforgettable season and an impressive County Runner-Up finish!
💙⚾ Way to go, Blue Jays! The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next! ⚾💙

Congratulations to the WT Cobras on an outstanding runner-up finish in the County Tournament! 🥈⚾

The WT Cobras have represented WT proudly all season long. It has been incredible to watch this group of young athletes grow, develop, and compete with heart every time they took the field. Their hard work, dedication, teamwork, and perseverance have been evident throughout the season, and this second-place finish is a testament to the effort they put in all year.

We are so proud of each and every player, along with the coaches and families who supported them every step of the way. Congratulations on an amazing season, boys! Keep working hard, continue chasing your goals, and remember that this is just the beginning.

Way to represent WT with pride! 💙🧡🐍

🏆👑 WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS! 👑🏆

What an unforgettable season for the WT Royals BSR! 💗🖤

Please join us in congratulating these incredible players, coaches, and families on an outstanding accomplishment—2026 World Series Tournament Champions! 🎉⚾

This championship wasn’t earned by luck. It was earned through countless hours of hard work, determination, discipline, and a commitment to each other. Every practice, every game, and every challenge helped shape this remarkable team into champions.

To finish the season with an UNDEFEATED regular season and an UNDEFEATED World Series Tournament run is nothing short of extraordinary. That is a testament to the heart, resilience, and character these boys displayed all season long.

Champions aren’t defined by trophies alone—they’re defined by the effort they give when no one is watching, the way they support their teammates, and the pride they take in representing their team. You boys did all of that and more.

Congratulations to the players, coaches, and families on a season you’ll never forget. The memories you’ve made, the friendships you’ve built, and the lessons you’ve learned will last far beyond the final out.

Keep believing. Keep working. Keep dreaming. This is only the beginning of what you’re capable of.

💗🖤 Congratulations, WT Royals BSR! 🖤💗
World Series Champions. Undefeated. Well deserved. 👑🏆⚾🎉
