I would like to say THANK YOU to the amazing instructors behind the classes we bring to you. Our long time instructors Marianne E. Crawford Freed Richard Caudill (Kelly) Cheri Miller Farmer and our new team members David Allen Boley and Amy Nelson. These wonderful people are so dedicated to bringing you the best of the best. They invest so much of themselves and their personal time designing and preparing for a class. They do it for the rewards of seeing your smiles and quality of life (mentally and physically) enriched.

Thereβs nothing like closing out your workout with a focused ab finisher. After youβve put in the work, taking a few extra minutes to train your core helps build strength, improve stability, and support every lift, run, and movement you do.
At Snap Fitness, cardio and strength training work best together. Cardio helps improve cardiovascular health and stamina, while strength training supports muscle growth, metabolism, and overall performance. The most effective fitness routines combine both for well-rounded results.
When it comes to cardio, there are multiple machines you can use depending on your goals and preferences:
* Treadmills , ideal for walking, jogging, or interval running
* Stationary bikes, a low-impact option for building endurance and burning calories
* Ellipticals (cross trainers) smooth, joint-friendly movement with a full-body focus
* Rowing machines, a powerful full-body workout that builds both strength and endurance
