Getting ready to run your first 5K starts with one step at a time. πββοΈ consistency is what helps build confidence and stamina over time. Starting with realistic goals, steady cardio sessions, and listening to your body along the way.
Adding treadmill workouts into your routine can help improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen your aerobic base, and prepare your body for longer distances.
This gets you one step closer to your goals.

A good workout starts with a good warmup. Running or walking on the treadmill before strength training helps get your blood flowing, warms up your muscles, and prepares your body to move more efficiently during your workout.
Even just a few minutes of cardio can help improve focus, increase endurance, and get you mentally ready to train.

I would like to say THANK YOU to the amazing instructors behind the classes we bring to you. Our long time instructors Marianne E. Crawford Freed Richard Caudill (Kelly) Cheri Miller Farmer and our new team members David Allen Boley and Amy Nelson. These wonderful people are so dedicated to bringing you the best of the best. They invest so much of themselves and their personal time designing and preparing for a class. They do it for the rewards of seeing your smiles and quality of life (mentally and physically) enriched.
Take a minute to tell them here or in person how much you appreciate them. It is never expressed enough. I am blessed to have them part of my team. Susie Everett Team Snap Fitness, Circleville
