Tai Chi today and Chakra Yoga. Tai Chi is taught by Tai Chi Master Kevin Cormier and our Chakra Yoga by Elle Morgan who is also known for the many classes and retreats she has hosted as well as publications. Come, learn and most of all enjoy!
