When I can’t sleep and my burdens are too heavy, I come to the shop. It’s all I have a lot of times to keep me “in the game”. Rebuilding more power supplies and this AS-2518-32 sound board from a Bally Supersonic. It’s gonna be an all-nighter. It’s what I do.

Close ups of the 1986 Bally Special Force. What a tough one this was. Took a huge lightning strike years ago and several techs tried to fix it. Thank you Eugene Marsh and Eldorado Games for getting these boards up and going.

Dixieland Pinball is beyond thrilled to once again enter into a partnership with a former resource to bring a top quality game to the public. I traveled BACK to David Crockett High School this week to see my friend Chris Tipton who is the graphics art/design instructor for the high school. We partnered together in the past on another project. Dixieland is beyond pleased to bring DCHS alum and East Tennessee State University graduate Alison Condon on board. She will be working directly with me on ALL the graphics and design concepts for the Dolly Parton Project! Her can-do attitude, skill and energy is addictive and i think she’s gonna knock this out of the park! Stay tuned here as the project NOW truly starts to come together. This machine WILL BE the finest project ever done here. Dixieland owes a huge debt of gratitude to Chris for helping give his time and energy to this project, and for introducing me to Alison. This project is gonna rock!!! MORE TO COME!!!!
