Iowa State Ultimate Club

Iowa State University Men's Ultimate Club ISUC is a club that plays ultimate (frisbee) competitively across the country. We have both an A and a B team.

Practices are Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-7:30 pm and on Sunday from 5-7 pm at MWL fields. The first split comes in October, but players can move between A and B until the deadline in April. Both teams practice together, lift together and attend most of the same tournaments. We hang out after practice together, share road trips, and support each other. Graduates 2026 👨‍🎓

This group of graduates were the embodiment of passion, grit, and dedication. Off the field they provided eachother with wisdom and experiences they’ll never forget. Through their journey of growing as players and people, we wish these 11 guys success in the next chapter of their lives. Thanks to them, ISUC is a better place now than it was before them. Grats.

ISUC makes podium taking 3rd at Regionals🙌🙌

The boys went 4-1 on the weekend to take third. From starting the season off slow to finishing strong, this was a season to never forget. Thank you to everyone who helped us toward becoming better players and people. See y’all next year✌️
