Hey, if anyone is looking to play with Pastime Tournaments, I have two tournament entry fees from year that are credits that I will sell you. Unfortunately, I am stuck with them since they dont do refunds and we no longer have teams. These are good for any tournament they have. It is with a heavy heart that I let the Kingsmen family know that we have lost a great young man. Dylan was one of the first players we got, was a main stay behind the dish, was a phenomonal talent, but his greatest talent was his personality and smile. It was infectious and truly will be missed. I know his coaches and teammates are all hurting today. Dylan was truly the cornerstone of what we started. My heart goes out to Rob and Tanya Watson and especially to his wife and baby boy. My heart just breaks for them all.

I will give you a Dylan story because it is what I think of when I think of him. I had just got back to the dugout after an awful call in the 6th inning that took 2 runs off the board, and I let the umpires know about it because it would have given us the lead. Dylan as he is putting on his gear, looks at the kid batting before him and says hey you gonna get on next inning. That player says yes, and with the biggest, cheesiest grin ever, he looks at me and says calm down, I will win it. Then proceeded to hit a double that scored that player to win it in the 7th.

If you missed the first tryout, don’t worry! We are holding a make-up tryout on Tuesday, August 5th, at 6 PM on Field 5 at Daniel Boone. This tryout is for our 15U and 16U teams. If you’re still interested and ready to show us your skills, we look forward to seeing you there!
