Hey girl 👋🏼 I see you reaching for that third cup of coffee, hoping it’ll somehow fix the exhaustion that never quite seems to go away.

Maybe you’re in a season where things just aren’t clear. You know something needs to change, but you don’t know what. So you’re doing what you always do: pushing through, keeping it together, and just trying to make it to the end of the work week.

It doesn’t have to be this hard.

Sometimes the greatest change that can happen is simply getting someone else’s eyes on your life, your professional career, or your business. Someone who can see what you can’t because you’re too close to it.

Believe me, I’ve been there.

And it’s exactly why I created The Clarity Intensive. This isn’t another coaching container where you’re handed a bunch of things to do and expected to figure it out on your own.

This is three months of one-on-one coaching support combining neuroscience, intuitive guidance, and strategy to help you understand what’s actually depleting your energy, rebuild the foundation you’ve been operating from, and make strategic moves that actually move the needle.

Month by month, we’ll get underneath the noise so you can stop second-guessing yourself and finally get clear on what’s next. Because you don’t need another productivity hack. You need clarity.

Limited spots are available.

Comment CLARITY below and I’ll send you the details, or book a call through the link in my bio ✨✨✨

I finally made my way into the green room ✨🔥🚀

At the end of December 2025, a vision came to me. I could see myself speaking on a stage.

My immediate reaction? I can’t do that. I’m not qualified. Who’s going to listen to me? But instead of talking myself out of it, like I had done in the past, I let myself dream about it anyway.

Because I think this is where so many high-achieving women get stuck. It’s not that we aren’t capable. It’s that somewhere along the way, we learned that dreaming too big was “too much,” so we learned to choose what feels safe instead.

I wanted to trust myself enough to have a vision and believe I could figure out the how along the way.

So I started taking the steps. I sent the scary emails. I made the introductions. I asked people to give me a chance to speak on their stages. And I did the nervous system work to hold myself through all of it.

Last Thursday, I gave my first keynote.

It wasn’t luck or manifestation. It was believing in my ability to make the vision real, then being willing to become the woman who could hold it.

And that’s exactly what I teach my clients.

You don’t need to know the entire path. You need clarity around the next step and enough trust in yourself to take it.

If this resonated, like and follow along for more. And send this to your bestie who needs the reminder that her dream might be bigger than she’s allowing herself to believe ✨✨✨

I never anticipated that leading my first keynote would come with revealing my secret side quest of one day opening Dr. Puff’s smoke shop, but here we are 😂

Yesterday was one of those days I can hardly wrap my head around.

Back in December 2025, I had a vision of myself standing on a stage, and it completely undid me. My training is in psychology, and for so long I believed our magic was meant to stay behind the therapy office door, private and exclusive to our clients. Early in my entrepreneurial journey, visibility was one of the hardest things I had to face. I was terrified of being judged, noticed, and most of all, of being fully seen.

But that vision kept pulling at me. Over the last eight months, I pushed myself to get on bigger stages and into as many rooms as I could, committing to at least one speaking engagement every single month and gaining a little more confidence each time.

It started when I filled in for a last minute cancellation for a Morning Perk with TriVillage Chamber Partnership - the amazing and talented Katie Ellis took a chance on me after I told her, just a few weeks earlier, that I wanted to pursue professional speaking. After that morning workshop on a cold February day, she offered me the keynote spot at the Be Your Best Self Conference. I stood there completely shocked.

Being on that stage yesterday and sharing my story was so much bigger than a professional milestone for me. It was a reminder that we all have agency over our lives, and that when we use our voice, remarkable things can happen.

Standing among my peers and sharing the vulnerability of my journey, I felt, for the first time, that I could authentically express myself in a way I had spent most of my life hiding behind a mask.

It was the perfect room to meet the newest version of me, and only the beginning of many wonderful things to come.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out and extended their support. I’m so incredibly grateful for this amazing community ♥️

Someone is letting me back on the stage tomorrow 😂
and it’s got me in my feels.

This clip was taken at a women’s conference back in the spring, when I was still feeling into professional speaking. I was registered to give a breakout session, but because of the demand, they asked me to speak on the main stage instead.

I was terrified. It pushed me completely outside my comfort zone, but I put on my big girl pants and gave it everything I had. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and I walked away with so many incredible connections and opportunities.

What I didn’t expect was to realize just how much I come alive on stage.

I find myself in a true flow state when I’m speaking. I’m not memorizing a script or trying to be someone I’m not. I’m speaking from the heart, trusting what I have to say, and remembering that I’m here for a reason.

Tomorrow, I get to take the stage again, but this time for my very first keynote at the Be Your Best Self Conference.

A milestone that I don’t take lightly. And honestly, I’m so damn excited✨

You trust ChatGPT more than you trust yourself, and it shows.
Here’s how I help my clients get clarity without ChatGPT.

I’ve been noticing something in conversations with high achieving, ambitious women lately. We are really good at looking for certainty. We want the data, the research, the strategy, the reassurance that we are making the right decision before we make it.

And then AI comes along and gives us a sounding board 24/7. We run the idea through ChatGPT. Ask if our offer makes sense. Ask what we should do next. Ask it to rewrite the caption. Ask it to validate the decision we already know we want to make. And slowly, we stop asking ourselves.

AI was always meant to be a tool, not your voice. The problem is not using AI. It’s when you start outsourcing your trust in yourself to it.

Because you are going to make thousands of decisions in your life and business. You need to be able to make the game time decision without needing ChatGPT to tell you what to do. And when you constantly run your ideas, messaging, and vision through AI, you can start losing what makes them uniquely yours.

Your words sound more like everyone else’s. Your vision gets fuzzier. And the people who are meant to find you have a harder time connecting with your actual voice.

That is the work I do with my clients. In my intuitive coaching programs, I help ambitious women get out of their heads, back into their bodies, reconnect with their intuition, and build the trust to make aligned decisions without constantly second guessing themselves.Because sometimes clarity does not come from gathering more information. It comes from getting quiet enough to hear what you already know.

So the next time you reach for ChatGPT, ask yourself first:
What do I actually think about this?
What do I actually want?
What does my body already know?
Then trust the answer.

Tag the friend who asks ChatGPT before she asks herself.

You keep trying to succeed inside a model that was never designed to hold you, then wondering why it feels like something’s wrong with you when it doesn’t fit. It’s time to burn the business rulebook that was built by men, for men.

You want success that doesn’t require you to shrink, perform, or override yourself to achieve it. Success that doesn’t require back-breaking effort or self-abandonment.

The “push harder, prove it, never stop” model wasn’t neutral. It was built for a body and a life that was never yours. So when hustle culture leaves you depleted, that’s not you failing the system. That’s the system doing exactly what it was built to do to anyone who runs on a different rhythm than it does.

The women redefining wealth and leadership right now aren’t breaking the old rules. They’re building new ones that were never designed to break them in the first place.

They understand the importance of taking care of themselves in order for their business to thrive. They understand they’re part of a larger purpose to heal this planet. They’ve done the work to break free from old stories and patterns that kept them small. They aren’t afraid to receive and hold wealth. Just to name a few!!!!

Follow if you’re done trying to fit inside a model that was never built for you. And share this with a woman who is creating a new way of doing business by being unapologetically herself.
