Whether you’re a seasoned pro or trying something new, our full-service gym supports your goals with bouldering, top rope, lead climbing, yoga, fitness, kids classes, and more. We are following that guidance and requiring all participants to wear masks regardless of vaccine status.

What's the first outdoor climb on your list? Red, New, Muir, somewhere in Ohio?

We ask because you all just helped fund those places. This quarter, VA and the rest of the 5.Life gyms put $934.25 into $1 For Access. We matched it, so $1,868.50 went to Access Fund, NRAC , RRGCC , Muir Valley , and Ohio Climbers Coalition.

Name a better way to kick off a new month than with a CLIENT SPOTLIGHT! 🤩

Carrie: Not only was she the very first client to join Lizard Fitness, she’s been CRUSHING her fitness journey ever since. Down 22 lbs of body fat mass and 7% body fat, and her next stop is riding the GAP Trail! 🚴‍♀️ She brings sass, energy, and hard effort every single time. Can’t stop, won’t stop 💪

Joy: Talk about consistency! She shows up to every session with a smile. She might be a little nervous about what her trainer has planned, but no doubt, she kicks butt every time. Down 4 lbs of body fat mass and UP 3 lbs of muscle. Next stop: nailing that handstand, getting even more shredded and general health! 🤸‍♀️ Joy is someone who constantly surprises you and doesn’t give herself nearly enough kudos 👏🏾

Shoutout to these two lady crushers! We can’t wait to see where their fitness and climbing journeys take them next. 🧗‍♀️

Huge thank you to the amazing Team Vertical families who made our meetup at the Red so special 🧡 We couldn’t have done this weekend without you!

For so many of our athletes, this was their very first time climbing outside. Watching them trade plastic holds for real Kentucky sandstone, figure out new movement, and top climbs with huge smiles was something we’ll never forget.

Big thanks to coaches Olivia, Jami, Sam, Matt, and Emma for leading the way and keeping everyone stoked. Can’t wait for the next adventure!
