Madison Martinez

Get ready to cheer...Madison Martinez is our Dancer of the Month for May at Xpress Dance Studio! Madison’s radiant smile lights up the studio, and her graceful movement makes it hard to believe she’s only 13. After dancing on and off, she’s now wrapping up her first full season with us, and what a season it’s been!

Currently shining in Ms. Leah’s contemporary class, Madison has embraced the style as her calm, creative outlet. She loves that Xpress Yourself is a safe space to share emotions, shake off stress, and leave feeling good. Contemporary is her favorite because it lets her connect deeply and tell stories through movement.

According to Ms. Leah: “Madison has improved a lot this year. She’s been consistently coming to classes and working hard. Each week she practices the steps, returns more confident, and shows real determination both in and out of the studio. I’ve loved having her and seeing her eagerness to learn.”

Beyond the studio, Madison enjoys diamond art and scrapbooking and preserving memories in a special way. Her favorites? Math, the Scream movies, Korean food, Kit Kat bars, and the color purple.

Madison hopes to dance for as long as she can and is excited to get even more involved at our studio. She’d like to thank her family, her dance teachers, and everyone who’s supported her journey.

We’re incredibly proud of how far Madison has come in such a short time and we can’t wait to see what she achieves next. Keep soaring, Madison!
