Tennis Success Inc. was founded in 2000 with the intention of preventing youth in our community from becoming drawn into a life of violence, gangs, alcohol/drug use, and dropping out of school. Tennis attracts youth to participate in something healthy and productive while teaching them the importance of discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and character. We have a responsibility to teach our children how to be healthy for life and to seize upon opportunities that take them on a pathway out of poverty and despair. Tennis Success offers a wide range of services to children and youth living in Corpus Christi who are at risk of being drawn into a life of delinquency and poverty. These services include tennis lessons, tennis tournaments, after-school tutoring, nutrition education, character education, life skills training, summer programs, and college scholarships. Our services are available FREE OF CHARGE to young people who come from low-income families, particularly if they are eligible for the free or reduced school meals program, Medicaid/CHIP, and various public assistance.
