🥓🚴‍♀️ BRICKS N’ BACON! 🥞🏃‍♀️

A warm thank you to Denise for hosting Bricks N’ Bacon! What a great turnout and an even better morning with our CC Tri Club crew!

Some rode 12 miles, while others took on 30+ miles. Some hopped off the bike and went for a run to make it an actual brick.

Then came the important part… PANCAKES, BACON, EGGS & JUICE!
Thank you, Denise, for cooking and feeding this hungry bunch!

And because apparently biking and running weren’t enough, some even jumped in the pool afterward and knocked out a few laps.

Bottom line: the camaraderie was great, the vibes were on point, and the love was felt!

THIS is what CC Tri Club is about. Different paces. Different distances. Same crew. Come as you are and do what you can!

These 2 are special!

They have been consistently putting in the work. They may be new to triathlon, but they’re familiar friends and faces—and definitely no strangers to endurance! These runners have officially become TRIATHLETES this year!

And they’re not slowing down! Today, they set out to conquer yet another race this year—the 6th Annual City of Edinburg Triathlon!

Way to represent Corpus Christi and the triathlon community! We are so proud of you two and love watching you take on challenge after challenge.

Special shout-out to Rebecca!

Rebecca is new to Corpus Christi and to our Tri Club family, but she’s already fitting in so well!

Today’s race was extra special—this was her first comeback triathlon after being treated for renal cell cancer.

This was so much more than just another event for Rebecca. It’s another chapter in her “I can do hard things” story. Showing up, getting to that start line, and crossing the finish line after everything she’s been through is something worth celebrating!

We are so happy to have you as part of our Tri Club family, Rebecca. Welcome back to racing—and congratulations on an incredible comeback!

Any time Corpus Christi triathletes race, our team consistently finds its way to the podium and today at DAM 09, we went 4 for 4!

This race is short, fast, and punchy, and our crew absolutely represented!
